Roberta Details
This fully renovated 29-foot Airstream Ambassador was designed as a tiny home or guesthouse with an open floor plan to maximize the space and light. She sleeps 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults and 2 children. She comes with a full bathroom and kitchen. Roberta features modern touches, custom woodwork and high-end finishes in mahogany and stainless steel. There is a generous amount of cabinets and soft-close drawers. There is additional storage under the bed and sofa. We found Roberta in Ohio. She was in such bad shape, we had to spend a couple thousand dollars and a month’s worth of work before we could even drive her to our shop in the Hudson Valley to start her renovation. She is named after Roberta Flack because “killing me softly” was a hit in 1973, the same year this Airstream was made. Of course, a vintage copy of the album is included with the sale!
